Wisconsin Welding Services LLC founder, established in 2010 and BBB accredited, is led by a welding instructor with twenty-seven years of college-level teaching experience.

He has served as chairman of the AWS B5E National Subcommittee and first vice chairman of the AWS B5 Executive Committee for Qualification.

He is a certified Wisconsin State Weld Test Conductor and an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, holding ASNT Level II PT, MT, and UT credentials, as well as multiple welding certifications including AWS Nationally Certified Welder (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW – plate & pipe) and ASME Section IX qualifications.

Over his career, his students have earned 15 first-place finishes at the Wisconsin State SkillsUSA competitions, along with two national champions and three World Skills alternates.

He continues to serve the industry through his role on the AWS Alleged Violations Committee.

Justin Adams is a veteran welding professional with over 20 years of hands-on fabrication experience and more than a decade as a Certified Welding Inspector.

He has spent seven years in shipbuilding and has provided advanced welding training and weld testing services for companies across multiple industries.Specializing in aluminum welding, Justin has served as a corporate welding trainer for over 10 years and has been an authorized weld tester for 13 years.

His fabrication and welding background spans steels, aluminum, and stainless steel for sectors including paper mills, aerospace, and food-grade manufacturing, among others.Dedicated to elevating welding standards and workforce skills, Justin continues to apply his deep technical knowledge to training, inspection, and high-quality welding services.
